It is almost impossible for the functionality of any website to work perfectly in all browsers. Amazon has this problem a lot with their customers, they have way more customers than we do and billions of dollars and still can't find a solution. Rather than get frustrated, use Google Chrome, Mozilla or another trusted web browser for all of your AAEGlass.com purchases and video watching.
